Considering most stuff is in the online only, what will happen once GTA5 servers shut down? Is there a way to play local GTA5 servers?

Every game eventually shut down their server, and most likely GTA5 once GTA6 online is active, it will be decommissioned. At that point most content will be gone, as it lives on the server and can't play it on the "story" version of the game.
Is there anyone that made a offline server/local server for GTA5, to play even if the server is offline basically? You can play games like Diablo 3 totally offline these days, running a local server; and same apply for The Crew 2; so I thought it would be just a matter of time before someone makes a GTA5 server for local usage?

I've been troubleshooting for a good 3 hours now and tried everything from
- Deleting the social club cache, even the whole folder itself
- Uninstalled the rockstar launcher, and opening the game for it to install the launcher itself
- Reinstalled the whole game
- Every CMD "fix"
- Set the dns for both ipv4/ipv6
- Turned off my router and waited for 10 minutes before plugging it back it
Checked their own service status website thing and apparently its all good in their side.
Their website wasn't much help either, attempting to log in gives me a "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" so I can't submit a ticket either. I couldn't download the launcher installer from their site for the same reason I can't log in.
Anyone got something that worked for them that I haven't tried yet?

Any trainers still working properly after the latest GTA V updates?

Feels like every time GTA updates, loads of trainers just stop working or crash the game.
I’ve been testing a few recently for single player and it’s a bit of a mess trying to find ones that actually still run properly.
Are people still using trainers much or has everyone just given up on them now?

Hello I am having a issue with any mod that enables MP Maps. As when MP maps is enabled by any way (either through trainer or mod itself) a lot of building textures turn to mush. particularly in Rockford hills shopping area. if anyone knows any way to help that would be much appreciated.
